Customise the 'My Account' dropdown

is it possible to customize the ‘My Account’ dropdown menu? I’d like to change what links appear there, the order they appear in, and their appearance. Ideally I would also be able to have a message like “Welcome back, Tom!” at the top of the menu when a user is logged in.

Hi,

It is not a regular WordPress menu and you can’t manage it from the Dashboard. It is a part of the header and its dropdown is generated on all WooCommerce menu items from the my account page. There is no option to manage these menu items from the Dashboard.
