Customize the 'My Account' -> 'Downloads' page

Hello,
I have downloadable virtual products and I would like to customize the Downloads page in the My Account area. Can you provide a hint on where I would look to do so?

We would be glad to help you in customizing “Downloads” page but in terms of our theme support. So just provide us some screenshots of what exactly do you thing may be look better or where some styles are missed. We will provide you with custom CSS code that will fix it. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with any additional paid customization service because of lack of time at the moment.
