Customize theme option page is not opening when using elementor

I believe the theme is compatible with elementor as i can see it on the forum. But customize page is actually retreiving error when elementor page builder is enabled. Attaching screenshot.

Basel theme is based on WP bakery page builder only. We have not tested the theme on Elementor and we do not guarantee 100% compatibility and smooth work.
