Default header not applied everywhere

At least two pages on my site are not updating to the custom header I have created and set as default in the header builder. The pages that don’t update are search results and product category views.

We had checked that already. The issue was solved by disabling a custom sidebar which was set to the Shop page. We don’t understand how this can have anything to do with what header is applied to the page, you should probably look into it and issue an update to the theme.
