Default Sort as Alphabetically

I have added Alphabetically sort as an option using this link

this does work as an option in the drop down, however I want this to be the default sort.

How do I do that?

You can find the option provided by Woocommerce for the sorting in Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product catalog.
