Default sort is by date

Hi,
I want the default sorting of the category page to be by date:
https://kanarygifts.com/product-category/handbags/?orderby=date

How to do this?

Hello,

Navigate to Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product catalog you will find the option to set the default sorting.
