Delivery Address isn't saved

Hello,
on Checkout the delivery Adress isn’t saved.
The problem appears on the checkout process – no matter if you have an account or shop as a guest – if you enter a billing adress and then a shipping adress, the shipping adress wont save. After submitting the order, the shipping adress isn’t saved. The system uses the billing-address as shipping adress.
Can you please have a look at that?
PS: I also tried to change the theme – after changing the theme – everything worked fine.

Please make full-backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.

Yes it also appears in this theme. I deactivated the plugin of multi-step-checkout and activated the woodmart checkout again. Same problem

It means our theme does not cause the problem. It may be connected to the PHP max input vars limit parameter in your web server configuration. You can check the current value for this parameter in your Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> System status. Usually, this parameter is not allowed to be changed on shared hostings so you will need to contact your server providers and ask to increase this limit. Recommended value for this is 5000

But we still have the same error.

You have this issue regardless of the theme. I can hardly recommend anything.
Try to deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, contact your host support. Let them check the configuration.
