When client checkout, i offer free shipping if above 40€ otherwise 7€ of charge.
But on display, why it shows both shipping format for above 40€ ? how to disable 7€ format shipping when i offer free shipping ? look at attached image

another question, is it possible to use same theme licence for another website ? Or i need to purchase again ?
