demo content does not appear as original site

hi, i have followed the installation instructions and entered the demo content. why doesn’t the site show like the demo, not even close?
where is the menu, the side menu.
Also during woocommerce setup i cannot find e.g the cart page.
Any idea please?

hi,thanks for quick responce.i was thinking of demo home light, but i hope it isn’t binding. can i still change it if i change my mind?
P.S only the homepage changes from template to template?everything else stays the same e.g shop page?

Please deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check again, Most likely the template plugina and page building cause the problem, also make the full backup of your site, cause the site may change considerably, if you do not like it you would be able to restore it.

hi, i dactivated PageLayer and PopularFX Website Templates plugins whic were not listed in https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/ plugins.
It surelly seems a way lot better but still, the menu and the side menu with also megamenus etc do not apper. So as for the SHOP page.
Any idea why please?

unfortunately i cannot find the SHOP page,nor cart page and generally woocommerce pages

now they seem better .i don’t know why,but the woocommerce pages where unpublished. anyway, they are there but now, even if i do all the installation process, the shop page is still empty.
1. in base import i activate base version in Basic or full import tab
2. in additional pages i cannot see anything relevant for shop page.
3. how please can i enter the left sidebar widgets e.g filters in shop page
4. how please can i show these submenus under shop menu? is there a way to reset the menus in original demo condition.

i am thinking of doing a total restore and install from scratch. is there something i must keep in mind this time in order to accomplish exact copy of demo (excluding original photos of course)?

Hello,

The best way is to install all on the net WordPress installation. If you are going to try to the existing site, deactivate all the plugins not related to them, install all, and then activate the plugins one by one checking if they are all compatible.
