Demo Content does not display correctly

    Hi,

    I followed all the steps of the youtube video but my demo site does not looks right, it looks wrong.

    I don’t want to start editing my site until the theme content is working correctly

    Hello,

    It seems that menu was imported wrongly. Probably, you didn’t set up all WooCommerce configuration before. You can try to create a new menu in Appearance -> Menus. Or reinstall everything and provide us your admin access so we can try import ourselves.

    Do you mean just click on the DEMO content install again?

    The site is completely new so I don’t have any content

    No, we mean clean your database and install WordPress from scratch. Unfortunately, you can’t revert dummy content and the only one way to reimport it is reinstall whole WordPress.

    Okay thank you but how? The site is hosted on Blue Host.

    Where would the uninstall word press option be?

    You can contact your hosting providers for this question. You just need to drop all tables from the database. We don’t know how to do it on Blue host.

    Actually, you need to login, install WordPress, theme and all required plugins firstly.

    Okay but did you not say earlier that I had not installed it correctly so if I do this am I not just in the same place as earlier? or do you mean install but do not install demo content

    Done, please check now. We don’t know why but the menu was not imported correctly. Anyway, you are able to edit it in Appearance -> Menus according to your needs.
