Demo content not uploading

    Hello there,

    I received the following error when uploading the dummy content (Base Content) via the theme,

    ‘Import AJAX problem. Please try import data manually’

    However there are no instructions on how to install the dummy content manually.
    Can you supply please.

    Hello,

    Thank you for using our theme.

    Could you please provide your admin panel so we could take a look at this problem? Probably we will also need to take a look at some PHP files so please provide your FTP also.

    How we can login your admin panel? Send us the link please because we can’t find it by defulat /wp-admin/ path. Also can’t connect to your server with provided FTP details, please double check.

    Hi there,

    I have unblocked your IP, so once you modify your host files to add the details below you should have access to the admin and ftp.

    We changed our host file but still can’t see your web-site. It is just loading for a few minutes without any result.

    Screenshots are not loaded, we can’t see them. And know know how to edit hosts file and already did it.

    Also we are hoping to use this theme for another site. Can you let me know if this is a bug and if it is fixed for a new install?

    Thank you. Just tried to import “FAQ” page and it works correct. What exactly you see doesn’t work with our Dummy Content?

    When I was uploading the Base Content – it seemed to hang at 70% and then I got the AJAX error, so I did not know if base content was there.
    If all is there as it should be that is fine.

    The only one problem we see that not all images are loaded. So maybe it is because of your server configuration. We suggest you to install theme from scratch and try import again. See this video tutorial and do everything step by step https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QPBt-lRWLA
