Hello I just bought theme and activated all plugins. But I can’t import demo data. Base import is empty

Can you explain problem and solve ?
I want to learn why I can’t create demo myself. If you can tell me that how can I solve problem I will be happy.

We don’t know why it doesn’t work for you. There is some PHP error on your website that breaks the functionality. So if you want us to troubleshoot it, we need your FTP access.

We dont use ftp. I give you plesk panel user info. You can use filemanager.

Contact your hosting provider to obtain the FTP access. We can’t check it without this access.

I solved this problem(changed server).

It was hosting side problem.
