    I can’t find a solution.
The SVG icon does not appear in some places.
    I charged well.
    No server side problem.
    It is enabled in Elementor.

Why the icon does not appear.
    Thanks for the reply.

    Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

You need to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add width=”31″ height=”40″ attributes to your <svg>tag like it is shown: http://prntscr.com/m4n0qw
Then you will need to re-upload your icons in WordPress Dashboard.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

Our dev team has checked and it is not something that we can fix in our theme. The request is blocked by the server 500 error. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/500
As a workaround, you can remove SVG images and replace them with PNG or JPG.

    Another copy paste answer! Why?

Please read and view the attached files carefully!
    Why server error 500?
I don’t see it that way!
The Demo page shows internal SVGs in this location.
I put in a new image gallery and SVG works fine there!
    Then why server error 500?
Please set up so I can put SVG files in this place too!

    Hello,

file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.

Here is the article on how to solve the problem: http://prntscr.com/10zol13

    Hello!

    This is not logical!

Why does the SVG file look correct elsewhere if file_get_contents () is not set on the server side?
    Please see the attached pictures!

    Please answer question-3.jpg!

    Thanks

    Hello!

Please answer an important question so I can understand!
Why are you using internal SVG here?
Why don’t you normally use external SVG as your customers?

    I have attached a picture.

    Hello,

It was necessary for the Inobox elment in the Product AJAX tabs uses the same function.

We shall consider how to change that. For now, if you need to add icons to the Product Tabs, enable this function: file_get_contents

    Hello,

    OK. How to allow?
I am not a programmer, but a user.

I read it later and it can’t be set in the php.ini file!
The hosting provider (Hostinger) says that this is not a hosting provider’s job, but development. I’m not a developer.
I just want to use this feature as easily as you do in the demo!

What do I do to make the feature work?

I feel like you just want to make me stupid.
Didn’t you answer that it still works on this page, the SVG file appears one line above it?
Same server, same template, same SVG file.

    Hello

I wrote in the previous letter that I was talking to the hosting provider.
Why don’t you read the letter?

Rather, answer why you can use SVG elsewhere on the page if file_get_contents is not enabled?
