Demo shops are not displayed correctly after installation! NO Header and footer

We use WordPress hosted directly by Elementor and try to install Woodmart.
We fail because the header and footer are not displayed after installing a Woddmart demo (electronics and tools were tried).
When I try to open a header in Elementor, only the Elementor own one is displayed! Likewise with the footer!

What do we have to do to show the Woodmart header and footer?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
