AgromoParticipantHi,
I noticed that all over my website except for 2 pages that the demo theme logo from the header menu has merged in with my header and replaced my logo. And my website custom footer is no longer seen, the footer is now the same as the demo footer. I also noticed the filter with all the website categories were enabled on the left side of the category pages, as well as some random product photos of the left side as well. My website color scheme is black and white. I customized the website to be that way, but now I’m also seeing button and features that were customized to be black, now being green. And some disabled features are now enabled again. Please see the screenshots below.Thanks.

AgromoParticipantThis is a continuation and update on the last above message I sent a couple of hours ago:
I’m now seeing my store logo on the header menu, but it’s one size before scrolling down, but the second you started scrolling down, it gets really small. And so is the black header itself, it’s bigger before scrolling then gets smaller in height the second you start scrolling down. I also noticed that the black header is visible before scrolling down on the homepage & category pages, causing it to block the top of the images on top of the pages.
Also, the text font type of the categories listed on the header for the “Referrals” page is different from the headers on the other pages.
If you haven’t read my first initial explanations about the issues on my website, nor seen the screenshots above, please take a look. Thanks.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
rsz_screenshot_2021-10-27_114704_am.png different pages may have different headers https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/set-different-header-specific-page/
Besides the Theme Settings has the option to set the header for the single product and blogs.
rsz_screenshot_2021-10-27_112702_am.png you can find the Footer template in WoodMart templates: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/templates-library/ The footer layout is set in the Theme Settings > Footer and content is added in the Appearance > Widgets.
rsz_screenshot_2021-10-27_112058_am.png Any category page inherits the shop page setting. You can edit the sidebar in the Apparance > Widgets > Shop page widget area: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/
rsz_screenshot_2021-10-27_123553_pm.png your cart button has been customized https://gyazo.com/2f696eb05d2714ddba4b32842b8e96d4 You can change the CSS in the Theme Settings > Custom CSS.

AgromoParticipantHi,
The last link you sent at the bottom of your above message showed a short video clip of you showing me that the ADD To BAG button was customized with css making it wider, but you must’ve misunderstood what I was trying to say. I wasn’t talking about the customizations of the width of the ADD TO BAG button, I was saying that the button was black before, but now it’s green. I would like it to be black again, and so are the rest of or buttons and features that suddenly became green all over the website, when they weren’t before.
As for the header, I’m not just inquiring about how to reset the header to be one way universally, but I would like you to help me figure out how to fix the other errors with it. Like I stated before, the logo and the height of the black header are bigger before scrolling down, then gets smaller the second you start scrolling down. This should not be happening with a sticky header.
As for the header on the homepage and category pages, the black sticky header is not functioning right, it’s blocking and cutting off the images on top. The black header should only be seen when scrolling down on those pages, not before, and it definitely should not be blocking the top of the images.

AgromoParticipantI forgot to include this in my last above message from some minutes ago.
I told you that the footer is now showing the default demo footer, but you never told me how I could get back my customized footer the developer created a few months back, which he probably used css to create. I logged into the footer section of the theme, but didn’t know what to do. Also, if you haven’t read my last message above this one, please do. Thanks.

AgromoParticipantHi,
I decided to restore a backup for the site from a couple of days ago, before I noticed the issues. I just had to ask the developer that had made some customizations 2 days ago, to redo over what was lost from restoring the backup. I wanted to avoid doing that, but I just didn’t want to waste too much time going back & forth about the website errors, because I think you misunderstood most of what I was trying to convey, and the kind of assistance I was asking for. So, please disregard my previous messages. Thanks.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You can set the color of the button in the Theme Settings > Styles and Colors > Buttons.
You can find detailed manuals on how the header is configured here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/
I do not see any problems on the home page: https://gyazo.com/a56ade4a6a84e9282105e494c86140de
https://gyazo.com/f9a73808d8d53680923d93486210d9cb
The footer widget could be reset when you switch the theme, please try to restore from the backups or recreate, WoodMart theme does not have an option to create or keep backups.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

AgromoParticipantI guess we both sent messages at the exact same time, so you didn’t see my response. I was just stating to you that I just did a backup of my website from a few days ago to restore the website before the issues started. I mostly didn’t see the problems now, because I already restored the backup of the site before you logged in.

AgromoParticipantHi,
I no longer need your help on this topic. In my message before the last one I sent you above, I was explaining that I decided to just do a backup of my website to restore the features replaced by the theme demo layouts on the website. However shortly after I checked my emails, I saw that you responded back with further information on what I should do to fix the issues. I didn’t see that response message before, so I decided to check the time you sent it, then I realized that it was literally the same exact time I sent you my last response message. So, I decided to send you a shorter message after that saying I already did the backup to restore everything. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks.
