Description tab disappears

Dear staff, I see a critical issue and I dont know why, all tabs disappears in desktop browser when I resize it to tablet and mobile size. But on mobile devise I see it normally.

It also works on all real mobile devices, when you just narrow the page, the styles are not switched appropriately and page reloading is required.
