Description Tabs are not displayed

Hi the Tabs of Description and Additional information are not showing in the prodact single page even after following your video in this topic , deleted the them several times and done all the tab confings as shown at https://www.veed.io/view/ad74b422-903e-4171-b1d6-5b4e10c0fe67?panel=share
nothing worked so far.. disabled plugins and also tried switching with Elementor and WPbakery

hi thank you for the replay but if i may just to clerfay what im trying to achive as your answer wasnt related to the issue im facing… if you look in link of your video you will see an explantion how to enable the use of tabs in the single product page.. that what im trying to do.. i have add a picture of the end result

Hello,

When you create a product template in the Woocommerce builder, you need to add an additional tab in the layout. The theme settings are not applied in this case.

Please edit the Product tabs widget, add an additional tab and set the HTML block to show.

hi i have done as you advised but now the problem that there are duplicate description tabs on the single product page and seems to be one block so i cant i hide or delete one of the duplicates

Sorry for the delay.

Please update the theme and plugins in the Apperarnce > Install plugins: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

Then check the Single product layout in the Dashboard > Layout, I do not find the Product tabs widget in the template.

Let us know when you update the theme we will double-check.
