Desktop categories style

Hi,

I want to add the categories icon before the logo and it can be side menu just like the mobile
I do have an example of another theme check it please
Can I do something close to the idea with the header builder
if I can not, can I build it throw the elementor pro header builder? how can I add the account and cart button just like the woodmart header builder
