Desktop menu

Hey, me desktop menu chnaged the menu on the right where it says Wholesale and About us when I updated the left side of the menu. How do I get the part of the menu which says Wholesale and About us back?

Here is is how the Wholesale and About us menu use to look and it is separate menu

Sorry, sorted. The only thing I can get back is the | to separate the side menu on the right. I want the | to appear between the a]categories on the left and where I have put Shipping Information on the right?
