1. Create a template for the footer in the HTML block https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/html-blocks/
2. Create a clone for the translation.
3. Navigate to the Theme Settings > Footer > set one column layout.
4. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets add Basel HTML bock http://prntscr.com/mi1v7d
5. Chose the HTML block for the default language.
6. Navigate to the String Translation > chose admin_text_base_options http://prntscr.com/mi1vyt
7. Chose the HTML of the default language and insert the shortcode of the translation language http://prntscr.com/mi1wp7
