Different problems

Hi there!

We love you theme, it’s perfect.

Got some issues that you might be able to help me with:

1)
I can no longer search for article numbers on the homepage in the search bar. Normally, when you searched for a title or article number, you would already see some examples of products. Now the whole search bar doesn’t seem to work unless you enter a title and hit enter and the search page pops up.

2)
In the dashboard menu, and then in the theme settings, I can no longer search by topic at the top. He is not responding.

3)
I wanted to run some patches, but I can’t update them. Website states that the patch may take minutes, but it is not responding.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Ok, most of the problems are solved, but i get a lot of errors with widgets after update.
And i see more people complaining about that. See attachement for problem.

Some widgets also not loading!

it says:

Please install the free Classic widget plugin if you have not done that yet to solve the widget area problem.

As for the permission of the files, please contact your host support on this issue.
