Different Sidebars For Different Shop Pages

Hi,

Would it be possible to show different sidebars for different shop pages?

When you land on the shop, I currently have it set to show categories > sub-categories > sub-sub categories > products.

I want to show one sidebar for: categories, sub-categories and sub-sub categories

And one sidebar for: products

Hello,

First, create a new custom sidebar by following this guide:

Then, use the WoodMart Layout Builder to create a Shop page layout or create a layout for specific product categories where you want to display a different sidebar. Add the Sidebar element to the layout and select the custom sidebar you created in the previous step.

You can assign the layout to the required product categories using the display conditions.

So, this is how I need it to work.

I need one sidebar to ONLY be available on ALL Category, Sub-category and Sub-sub-category pages, meaning, the pages where you see the category blocks – see the example pages sent above.

Then, I need one sidebar to ONLY be available on ALL of the lowest level pages, meaning, the pages where you can see the actual products – see the example sent above.

Alternatively, how can I hide specific widgets that I have added in my sidebar from appearing on ALL of the lowest level pages, meaning, the pages where you can see the actual products – see the example sent above.

Create Layout 1 (For Category & Sub-category pages):

– Go to WoodMart > Layout Builder > Add New Layout (Type: Archive).
– Set the Conditions, select Include > Product categories, or select the specific main categories that display category blocks: https://jumpshare.com/s/bs859WY6yMKwUNnl1zIj
– Add the Sidebar element to the layout and choose your Category Sidebar.

Create Layout 2 (For Lowest-Level Product pages):

– Create a second layout for pages that display actual product grids.

– Add the Sidebar element and choose your Product Sidebar.

Alternatively, if you want to hide specific widgets on the category, you can use the WoodMart WooCommerce Layered Nav widget.
