Disable notice pop up

Hi there, I cant find the option to disable notice pop up instead show the notice statically. I have an issue with a plugin where it suppose to show a field in check out page. But due to the theme it is showing as a pop up. Kindly check the screenshot attached.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

Because the notices are Woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
