Disable pre-detail on product when hover or click on mobile

1- I would like to disable pre-detail on product when hover or click on mobile.
2- I would like to enable toolbar fixed on mobile on bottom

Hello,

You can change the design on hover in the Theme Settings > Shop page > Product Styles, you will see different designs that do not show the description.
