How can i disable with css
[min-width: 300px;] in marker on the map?

Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Theme Setting >> Custom CSS and change the min-width value in the given code as per your requirements.

.gm-style-iw-d div h3{
min-width: 200px !important;
}
