Disabled page title – white text on image, then white box header

Hi, I am trying to set up a page like http://demo.xtemos.com/basel/our-company/, with a disabled title and image row.

However, I want white text on the image like the demo page (using Header Text Colour – Light), but when scrolled down I want a white background header, the same as the rest of my site.

Is this possible? Thanks

Also, is it possible to overlay a row background? i.e. to make it darker? Some themes have an overlay setting in the row settings. Thanks.

Header and sticky header (when you scroll down) can’t have different color schemes. It means that you can’t set white fonts for the header and dark for the sticky one.

And unfortunately, we don’t have overlay option for the row.
