disappearing prev/next buttons

HI,

I just updated to 2.7

realized the the new widget”product ( grid or carousel)” and the old widget “post carousel”

both have disappearing prev/next buttons even if I ddin’t check the hide box in VC.

how should i solve this problem?

I have not checked ” Hide prev/next buttons” but the buttons not showing.

For both widget”product ( grid or carousel)” and “post carousel”

Just checked your website and see that arrows are there and working fine

This is what i see in my screen, even if i tried to delete all cache. why would this happen?

We also noticed that you have some caching plugin enabled. Try to disable it or clear all the cache.
