Discounts are not shown on the page

Hi,

Before last update discounts were shown on the page.
We use the plugin Dynamic Pricing https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-dynamic-pricing/

There are 2 kinds of discounts:
– Category discounts
– Brand discounts

This brand CITIZEN has a 10% discount https://www.joyeriaoliva.com/marca/citizen/
But it is not shown. Only, If you a product to the cart the discount is shown only for seconds on the cart on top of the header.
Then it disappears if you go to any other page, even the shopping cart or checkout.

Please check the attached screenshot.

CITIZEN watch cost 219 but if you look at the Cart the real price is 10% off, so 197,10 Euro

Besides, this is the Outlet category.
Every product have 10% + the discount by brand.

The picture shows a CASIO which only has 10% but it is missing a extra 12% per brand
So final price is 149 – 10% – 12% = 118,01 Euro, which appears just on the header’s cart.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not? Send us some screenshots and link where we can test it. We will need your admin access as well.

I’ve just created a staging of the site https://www.staging1.joyeriaoliva.com/
Below you can find user and password.

I will check if it runs with another theme.
WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing is working in this site which manages 70,000 products.

And it stopped working since last Woodmart update.
I will also check if any other plugin, updates the same day, would be the reason.

I think I got it.
WPML WooCommerce Multilingual 4.3.3 creashes with WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing 3.1.6
If I deactivate WooCommerce Multilingual then prices are shown.

I will do more tests, but I think I got the answer.

I not sure if it is related to this issue, because it also occurs on the site where WooCommerce Multilingual is disabled.

If you enter https://www.staging1.joyeriaoliva.com/relojeria-outlet/ you see labels “100%” but discount is only 10%.
So in the production website I’ve choosen the “sale” label https://www.joyeriaoliva.com/relojeria-outlet/
As I’ve told you, this site has WooCommerce Multilingual disabled.
So, the reason is another.

In this site all sale_price = empty
Discounts are created by Dynamic Pricing.

Any test can be done in the staging site.

Label “sale” un only in Woodmart Theme Settings.
If I switch to another theme labels won’t appear.

Sorry, now we understand the issue. Yes, our theme’s sale label works with standard WooCommerce data. So if products don’t have real sale prices, the label will not be shown.

I see.
In this case sale_price is 0 for every product and discounts are given by Dynamic Pricing Plugin.
So, this is the reason of 100% discount.

Any way to fix it ?

Unfortunately, there is no option to adapt it to this plugin’s data. It works with standard WooCommerce sale price option only.
