I purchased hosting from HostGator, and I have a storage capacity of upto 3 GB. However, I noticed that my website is currently using 2800 MB of space.
I have already checked the cPanel, and there are no backup files present. Additionally, I have cleared out the trash folder as well.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
You might want to take a look inside the public_html directory to see which directory in there is using all the space.
If the issue remains Please contact HostGator’s support team directly. They will have access to server-level information and can investigate the issue further to assist you in resolving it.
