You can add the mega menu widget or Product categories widget to your sidebar on all pages in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets.

In fact it’s the black category menu that I want to add on all pages (attached image).

Sorry, but this option available on the shop page only, it can’t be displayed on all pages on the website.
