Display issues products after updating

Hi there!
We are facing a few issues after updating the theme.

1. Some product images are squeezed and not displayed correctly. Effected products for example: Core S & Puzzle (category snow)
2. The Add to cart button is displayed differently on our logged in site and normal public side. It’s also not displayed correctly with the apple pay symbol.
3. Product rating not displayed on english page (example: https://delayon-eyewear.com/en/shop/core2/)

URGENT: The Attribute swatches are not working on mobile. its not possible to select a variant.
After trying to find the issue, we think it’s coming from a conflict between woo commerce and the theme. We cant narrow it down any further as we obviously need WC to run the shop and attribute swatches don’t work in a default theme. Site is live and therefore this issue has our highest priority. Would be great if you could help.

I have found that you have not updated the theme plugins after the theme update. Please make sure to update the Woodmart Core and all the other plugins then check back the site, I am sure your issue will be solved.

Update: We have somehow fixed the issue by updating all plugins again one by one – all attribute swatches are now working again.

However we do face issues entering some of the theme setting in our backend, as the links to several control panels contain the following javascript: javascript:void(0);
This is the case for the general theme settings (right menu on the screenshot), but also theme specific sections on the individual products.

Don’t worry about this javascript:void(0);. It is like this under the Theme so that you can navigate them between different tabs of the Theme Settings on the same Page easily and not be redirect to a new Page.

Tanks for your info.

We have all plugins /incl. Woodward core) updated. the following errors are still present:

1. Add to Cart: The Add to Cart still looks different for visitors than when logged in as an admin. The visitor page is correct for now. Please compare Screenshots 1 & 2(Visitor) to 3&4 (Admin)

2. Product Rating: The product rating below the title is not displayed in English. Compare Screenshot 1 & 2

3. Product settings tabs – meta box theme: The buttons in the theme settings section on the product refresh the page when clicking on another tab. It’s impossible to change to the sections.

4. Theme settings: The javascript mentioned before is not working. It’s impossible to change to a different tab.

1. I did not see any issue with the Add to Cart button on the site. I have removed the site cache from the lightspeed cache plugin and you can see the result: https://ibb.co/25FZ1dR and in the German language as well: https://ibb.co/fQW0DCn

2. When the user leaves the review in the English language it will show on the page. I have added the test review for this product: https://delayon-eyewear.com/en/shop/jona_en/

3. I did not find any issue in the product settings tab on the product page, I have set and enabled the new label and other settings from the product settings all is working fine and saved.https://ibb.co/xYBFfCd

4. Can you please tell me which javascript is not working and where you have added that javascript for what purpose?

Thanks for the update. Please find my comments below.

1. There is no difference on the live pages between languages. It’s fine. The problem is, that the add to cart looks different when I’m logged in as an admin, than what it looks like without being logged in. This means, when I’m editing the page in frontend editor, i won’t see the actual preview but always need to double check in a operate browser when im not logged in. This mean, all changes i wanna do on my page, i have to test in a live environment.

2. Yes and no. Yes reviews are displayed in their language only – but reviews are displayed correctly. But the product rating (stars only) is not displayed in english. It’s not about the reviews themselves, only the rating that should be displayed below the product title.

3. Sorry we must misunderstood each other. it’s not about the “New” label but about the navigation in that menu. Please try clicking “layout”, “style”, “sidebar” or “tabs”. It doesn’t work. It will refresh the page but there is no way to enter these setting. Same in the theme setting. I can’t get to ANY of the menu point listed below Product Archive (screenshot 6).

4. I haven’t added any javascript. That’s the link on “layout”, “style”, “sidebar” and “tabs”. As mentioned i can’t enter these settings as the button is not working.

1. This issue is related to the cache plugins which you have installed on the site. Please deactivate all the cache plugins and delete the cache from the site then after completing the site, you can use any one of the cache plugins on the site.
