By default, the sidebar is located on the right/left of the product’s short description and images, at the same time there is the option to set the full-height sidebar, it would take the whole content of the product page.
If you want to show the sidebar in the Product description block, you can add the Widgetized sidebar element (if you run WP bakery page builder) or Sidebar widget (if you run Elementor)
You can use any existing Sidebar in Appearance > Widgets or create your custom in the Dashboard > Sidebars.
