Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area for us to check.

I already try this prosit but this prosit didn’t working.

I already did deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme but this prosit didn’t working please clearly say me what the problem why I can’t see normally? Why massage not at all? Please clearly say me this problem is my domain&hosting problem or your theme problem I really very punish for your theme.

I have switched to the parent theme and deactivated the plugins for 5 minutes and the Header builder works properly https://gyazo.com/c2d7b5d2e5b91e6c267ae60c1eda59be

Now I set the child theme and activate all the plugins back. Deactivate all the plugins leave only these https://prnt.sc/pmyw4m then activate one by one checking the Header builder and you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
