Does not click in theme settings

Hi,

I do not click in theme settings. I can click in general, general layout, page title, etc but y can not click inside this items. For example, i can not click in mobile bottom navbar inside general or i can not click in top bar or header layout, etc inside header.

Please, i need help with this problem, is urgent.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme if you are using the child, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.
