Dokan Navigation Issue (on iOS) with Woodmart

    Hi all,

    I just installed Woodmart (latest version) and Dokan (latest version). When I login and go to the vendor dashboard, the build-in burger menu from Dokan doesn’t react on native devices. It works if you emulate i.e. with Chrome Browser/Developer Tools an iPhone, but once you test it on a real native device under iOS/Safari it’s not possible to open the burger menu.

    I then tried to access i.e. the “Withdraw” page via direct URL. On this particular page I’m able to open the burger menu but somehow it breaks the layout (z-index issues I believe, see screenshot).

    Can you please help to make this working on iOS/Safari?

    I saw the screenshots you attached. Please provide with the URL of the specific pages with WP admin login details as well as vendor login details so I will check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

    Please use the below custom CSS code and paste it to Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Custom CSS for Mobile section:

    .dokan-dash-sidebar {
    z-index: 999999 !important;
    }

    Then check the site after removing the browser cache on IOS mobile.

    Thank you. However, now the whole navigation bar overlaps with the right-panel (basket quick view layer).

    Your issue has been solved. I have added the small code of Custom CSS in Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile section. Please check your site after removing the browser cache on mobile and desktop.

    Hello,

    Many thanks for your support. I did checked the site (and flushed my cache). The issue with the basket layer is fixed. However, there’s a new issue now that the navigation bar from Dokan overlaps with the main menu flyout on mobile. Attached a screenshot.

    BTW – will you include these CSS fixes also in the next major theme upgrade to ensure compatibility with Dokan?

    Hello,

    Actually, this issue is not related to the theme. You should ask it from Dokan plugin support to solve the issue and set the CSS issue with their menu. Actually, they have not added the CSS of Z-index for their dashboard menu. Please ask them to solve this issue on a permanent basis. I am sure they will have a solution for this.
