Doublicate the bottom header

hello is there a way to doublicated the bottom header for the desktop version and mobile one? even if there a php code for that , thank you.

There is no such option in our theme. But you just need to add the same elements both to the desktop and mobile header.

yes i understand , i just wonder if i can duplicated cuz i need more rows on my header , and i know there is no option but i wonder if you can make it easy for me to help find where is the php code for the header rows..etc and if there is a code to help. thank you
Sorry, but there are only 3 rows in our header. There is no option to duplicate the bottom one and make 4 rows, unfortunately.
