Download files is not possbile

When I add a pdf to the product page its not showing anywhere on the page.

Can is wrong?

How do you do that? Will you describe step by step your actions? Do you have any third parties plugins not related to the theme, try to disable them and check the issue again.

I ment if I go to the default theme if all changed I made not will not be there when I go back to the theme i am using now?

As per your screen, you have plenty of plugins. In order to distinguish go to Appearance > Install plugins, you will see those related to our theme others are not.

Please provide your site access product link which I can text and pdf link for the product I will check.

First of all contact your host provider for the issue, our theme does not influence that, you can convince yourself testing on any default theme.

Ok thats for the helmet. But just to know it should be possible to upload a PDF and download/open it in a new tab right? Othervies I have to make a custom button to make a brochure download button?

Yes, it is possible, you upload an image from your media library and put inside the link to your PDf http://prntscr.com/j94af9

If you add PDf Media Library > Add as see it like a link (on my previous screenshot) you can set it to open in new page http://prntscr.com/j94f8i and customize link as a button with CSS.

Is it from product page you add the image where you can make a custom url? I cant find it where adding it to media libary.

Also when I upload a PDF its not possible to open with the link afterwords as you also saw yesterday. Do you know what can be the problem?

So, there two ways of adding PDF file: just a link (it can be opened in the same window and in a new tab) and adding an image with the link to PDF (it can be opened in the same window and in a new tab)

1/ As a link: http://prntscr.com/j9btm1 then http://prntscr.com/j9btyz http://prntscr.com/j9bu71 and that is all.

2/ As an image: add the image, and click for editing, then configure image as shown here: https://prnt.sc/j94af9
