Downloading a text file while accessing website home page

Hi Team,

To install the basel theme, I have installed wordpress on the server and it shows it has been installed successfully.

But when i try to access both website homepage and admin, it keeps downloading a text file and nothing loads in browser.

I tried, re-installing wordpress but no success.

Could you please help checking it? I know its not related to your theme, but I am looking for your favor, after having wordpress installation in place, then only will be able to install the basel theme.

Attached the file which gets downloaded after accessing homepage.
