dropdown menus, and admin menus

Hello,

I think I have an issue similar to https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/unable-to-navigate-theme-settings-menu/

I updated the theme and applied all the patches and now :

In the admin, clicks on the theme settings menu don’t work

but also in my menu, I have a dropdown menu and it’s not working anymore

Do you have any pointers ? thanks

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

It’s a live website, I’m can’t disable plugins like that..

I created a staging to give you access, (wp-staging) and on the staging it works !
but not in the live version

We need to be able to test it without plugins since in most cases such problems are not related to our theme.

It works with all the same plugins on the staging, just not in the live version…

only difference I can see is that the live is a multisite and the staging is not

If it works on your staging website then it is not an identical copy. We need to be able to test it without plugins on the website where this issue exists.

I had a cdn configured for the wp-content on the live site, disabling it resolved my issue
