Its on Dummy Content -> Additional Pages -> Additional Elements.
When I try to add additional elements page, it does not create it. I was able to install a
few that I did not see before. So I think its because I had them previously on my pages and I deleted them.
It is possible if you already have content (pages, posts or images) with the same IDs as elements page. In this situation, WordPress simply not importing the content from XML files. That is why we always suggest to import dummy content only on a fresh installation.
