    Hello,
    When I try to import demo content it show message “Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.”
    What should I do? And how to import data manually?

    As we can see, you have already imported something from our dummy content but it is not full. Could you please reinstall your WordPress installation so we can do a fresh dummy content import for you?

    The problem is that your server blocks cURL requests to our server to download all images https://gyazo.com/8676db19698aacfb5d067b36d391437f
    And it breaks all the import functionality. Try to contact your hosting provider for help in this situation.

    Any kind of import will not work correctly in this situation. Or you will get all the content without images placeholders.

    Hosting provider response:

    When accessing the site dummy.xtemos.com from the console of our account, we see that it is not available on both 80 and 443 port:

    This may mean that incoming traffic from our server 92.53.98.191 is blocked on the side dummy.xtemos.com

    To solve this problem, you need to contact the resource administrator dummy.xtemos.com to clarify the presence of IP address blocking 92.53.98.191

    we also want to note that on our part the ip address 193.169.189.246 is not blocked.

    For further diagnosis of this problem, please request technical support resource dummy.xtemos.com
    trace from their server 193.169.189.246
    For example, you can trace by using the command
