Duplicate icons in header

For some odd reason, I’m seeing duplicate icons for search and wishlist in my site header. I’m not sure what could’ve caused this, but how do I fix it?

It appears to be just the home page. When refreshing or navigating to this page, the icons are duplicated (in all browsers).

After update, Search and Cart icons appear duplicated in my mobile header.

I have deleted any cached content before writing, but it does not work.

Partially solved. Seems to be a WP-Rocket issue.

I will let you know if I am able to make both your Theme and WP-Rocket working together without many issues.
