Duplicate products with grid view

Greetings,
On our homepage we added the product grid carousel and it is showing a lot of products multiple times. This is a waste of that advertising space and doesn’t look right. Any help would be appreciated!

It seems that you have enabled infinite loop options for the carousel. You can disable it while editing it with the WPBakery page builder on your home page.

I am not seeing any options on the WPBakery page builder titled “infinite loop” Can you please help direct me where to make this change?

I disabled scroll loop and that didn’t correct the issue either.

Yes I have that turned off but am still seeing duplicate products.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
