E-Mail field on top

Hi friends.
Is it possiblem that, when abondendded cart is switched onm that the email field in checkout is autonaticly on top (like other plugins fpr this reminder emails do), or like a switch in the email settinges like “set email dield on top in checkout page”
That would be great.
In case this is the wrong place for this question, i can place it under feature requests.
