Ecommerce display the same product in product page

Hi,
I’m Valentina from VCUBE srl.

We’re managing the alimentiamo.com website and since a couple of days we’re experiencing an issue with the related product display.
You can see the product from here: https://www.alimentiamo.com/prodotto/lambrusco-biologico-cinquecampi/ but we’re experiencing the issue in every product page.

The problem is that the related product section now displays the same product you’re actually in, and just that one!

We checked the backend looking for changings in updates but we didn’t find anything.
Do you know what we can do to solve the issue?

Please, update the theme to the latest version firstly.

Uhm, in the backend we don’t have any notification about a theme update…we have the 3.0.0 Version.

To update the theme you need download the latest version on ThemeForest -> Downloads. Then just reupload new theme via Appearance -> Themes but install this plugin firstly https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
Also, we suggest you make a backup of all your files before any update.

Ok, I’ve updated the theme to the last version from our Theme forest account and now it seems it’s working!
