How, do you have any tutorial, where to edit the single product page template ? I want to insert something under product short description.

There are global and local product page settings. Global – all for all the products are configured in the Theme Settings > Product page, Local settings are configured in the product page. Here is the instructions and options descriptions: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/product-page-options/

You can create HTML block and add it in the area after Add to cart https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#before_after
