Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon) or you can go through the admin bar directly.

This is a HTML Block added in the footer 1 column in Appearance > Widgets and check the HTML Block in the Footer 1 column.

Navigate to HTML Block and edit the “Footer 1 columns dark” and change the content.

The slides you’re trying to see are WoodMart Slides added to the home page.

To edit them, please follow these steps:

Navigate to your WordPress dashboard > Navigate to WoodMart > Slides > Open the relevant slide and edit it > From there, you can edit both the text content as needed.

If you want to change or delete that widget from the sidebar, please go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Edit the Main Widget Area >> Find the Instagram widget, change or delete it.
