You need to edit your mentioned Product page with WPBakery page builder editor first > there you need to edit the Row > then under the Row Settings when you scroll down a bit you will get to find the Use video background? option > in that you can change the link for the Video: https://snipboard.io/uECdRU.jpg

Actually, you had added the Embedded URL of the YouTube instead you need to enter the direct YouTube Video URL like we have done now on your Site for the mentioned Product: https://snipboard.io/sOjthA.jpg

Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.
