Hello,
I have installed woodmart-pl_PL.po and woodmart-pl_PL.mo files into the directories
/wp-content/languages/themes
/wp-content/languages/
but the translation are not appearing.
I do not want to use third party plugins to do the translation.

Your screen shows the AJAX Product tabs. This is content related strings and they are not included into the translation files. You need to edit the page and replace the title of every tab in the widget settings.
