Elementor and WPBakery problems

Hello,
I tried several times to edit a page using Elementor, the edit mode page does not load. So I thought that there is a problem with Elementor, so I tried switching to WPBakery, but I have the same problem.
I would like to use Elementor.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

If it works well with the default wordpress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I have another question now, not related to this subject. How could I use in a specific page this template for example https://woodmart.xtemos.com/blog/woodmart_element/number-images-info-boxes/

You can add this using the Templates Library by editing the Elementor Page Builder.
